Outdoor Burning Information​
BURN PERMITS CURRENTLY REQUIRED
The Tennessee Division of Forestry requires burn permits October 15th through May 15th. Visit the state website to register for a burn permit.  Once you obtain a burn permit please call our dispatch center (Williamson County Emergency Communications) at 615-791-6200 to notify them of when you will be burning as well as the address. Outdoor burning that is not registered or without a permit may be extinguished by fire personnel.
